The SECO 00081503 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI/ISO designation SEEX09T3AFN-M05 and manufacturer grade F40M. This single-sided, square-shaped insert measures 3/8 inch in inscribed circle diameter and 5/32 inch thick, with a neutral rake and neutral hand orientation. It features a PVD-applied TiAlN and TiN dual coating over a fine-grain carbide substrate. Four cutting edges are available per insert. The M05 chip breaker geometry and 20-degree relief angle are engineered to control chip formation and reduce cutting forces in demanding milling operations.
