The SECO 00072376 is an indexable threading toolholder designed for internal threading operations on lathes and turning centers. Built in a right-hand configuration with a Snap Tap (SN) series toolholder style, it accepts 11NR inserts secured by a screw-clamp holding method. The shank measures 0.375 inches in diameter and 0.336 inches in height, with an overall length of 6.0 inches. The toolholder body is constructed from heavy metal, which provides the mass and rigidity needed to dampen vibration during threading cuts in bores. A licensed machinist or CNC lathe operator installs this toolholder in standard boring bar setups.

This toolholder is suited for internal threading in both production and job-shop environments where consistent thread form and insert repeatability are required. The minimum bore diameter is 0.45 inches, making it appropriate for threading relatively small-diameter bores. The back-of-bar to cutting edge and center-to-cutting edge dimensions are both 0.285 inches, allowing predictable tool offset entry in CNC offsets. Coolant-through capability is not included in this design.
