The SECO 00054991 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation XOMX120412TR-ME08 in manufacturer grade F40M. It is a single-sided, right-hand parallelogram insert with a positive rake geometry and a T-Land cutting edge style. The insert features a PVD-applied TiAlN and TiN dual coating over a fine-grain carbide substrate. With two cutting edges, a 15-degree relief angle, and a 20.1-degree rake angle, it is engineered for productive face and shoulder milling in demanding production environments.
