The SECO 00054167 is an uncoated carbide turning insert designed for precision metal removal in demanding machining applications. Manufactured to the WNMP431M1 geometry with grade 883, this insert features an 80-degree trigon shape and a sharp cutting edge that delivers high wear resistance suited to superalloys and titanium. The 1/2-inch inscribed circle and 0.0157-inch corner radius provide consistent, repeatable performance in finishing and light machining operations. This insert is intended for use in turning, facing, and boring operations on superalloys, titanium, and secondary workpiece materials including steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and hardened materials. Installation Notes
