It carries manufacturer grade F25M and is coated with TiAlN and TiN applied via a PVD coating process, providing wear resistance across demanding cutting conditions. The insert measures 0.2709 inches in inscribed circle diameter and 0.1264 inches thick, with a right-hand cut orientation and a positive rake angle of 1 degree. Two honed cutting edges and an 11-degree relief angle contribute to clean, consistent chip formation. This insert is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 10.
This insert is suited for CNC milling applications on machining centers working with steel, stainless steel, and cast iron workpieces. Its M04 chip breaker geometry targets medium-grain material removal where controlled chip flow is critical.
