The SECO 00026497 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation XOMX060202R-M05 in manufacturer grade F40M. This single-sided, right-hand parallelogram insert features a PVD-applied TiAlN and TiN dual coating over a fine-grain carbide substrate. It measures 0.2165 inches in length, 0.1614 inches in inscribed circle diameter, and 0.0965 inches thick, with a 1/128-inch corner radius and a 0.0748-inch hole diameter for screw-style clamping. The positive rake geometry at 20.2 degrees and honed cutting edge style reduce cutting forces and improve surface finish. Two cutting edges are available per insert. This insert is designed for milling operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium, aligning with ISO material codes P, K, S, and N.
