The SECO 00019481 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in hard material applications. The tool features an 8 mm cutting diameter with a 0.8 mm corner radius, 4 spiral flutes with a medium helix, and a 10 mm length of cut. It carries a MEGA-64 coating suited for extended tool life in demanding cutting conditions. The 60 mm overall length and straight-cylindrical 8 mm shank make it compatible with standard ER and hydraulic toolholders. This end mill is classified as a short-length, extended-reach design in the JH120 series. Licensed machinists and CNC tool setup technicians are the primary users.

This end mill is intended for roughing operations in hard materials, including hardened steels and similar workpieces where edge toughness and thermal resistance are priorities.
