The SECO 00007350 is a solid carbide, uncoated turning insert in the TNMG series, designed for precision metal cutting on CNC and manual lathes. It carries the TNMG321-MR4 industry standard designation and features a triangular insert shape with a 60-degree included angle, providing six usable cutting edges per insert. The MR4 chip breaker geometry and T-Land cutting edge style are optimized for controlled chip formation during turning, boring, facing, and back turning operations. The uncoated 883 carbide grade is suited for applications where coating adhesion is a concern or where sharp-edge performance is critical.
This insert is primarily intended for machining superalloys and titanium, corresponding to ISO material code S, with secondary suitability for stainless steels (M), cast iron (K), non-ferrous materials (N), and hardened materials (H). It fits standard TNMG toolholders using clamp, pin, or lever lock holding methods. Typical users include CNC machinists and tool-and-die professionals working in aerospace, medical, and high-performance manufacturing environments where superalloy and titanium workpieces are common.

Inspect the insert pocket and seating surface for debris or damage before installation, as contamination can cause premature insert failure or dimensional error. Handle carbide inserts with care; edges are brittle and can chip if dropped or struck.
