The SECO 00006000 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation XOMX120431TR-ME08 in manufacturer grade F40M. It is a single-sided, right-hand parallelogram insert with a positive rake geometry and a T-Land cutting edge style. The insert features a PVD-applied TiAlN and TiN dual-layer coating for wear resistance across a wide range of workpiece materials. It has two cutting edges, a corner radius of 0.122 inches, and a maximum depth of cut of 0.4567 inches. The effective cutting edge length is also 0.4567 inches. This insert is used by machinists and CNC mill operators in production and job-shop environments.

This insert is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium, covering primary material codes P, K, and S. Installation Notes
