The SEAIRA GLOBAL X101 is a wireless remote weather monitoring system that pairs the LaCrosse V11-TH weather station display with the LTV-TH2 Thermo-Hygro Sensor. Designed for use with Seaira Watchdog dehumidifiers, the system tracks indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity in real time and displays current weather conditions alongside record highs and lows for the day. The color LCD display shows indoor temperatures from 34 degrees F to 122 degrees F and indoor humidity from 10% to 99% RH. Licensed HVAC technicians, dehumidifier service professionals, and knowledgeable building owners install this system to maintain continuous environmental monitoring in crawl spaces, basements, and similar controlled spaces.
The X101 is intended for residential applications where humidity monitoring is critical, particularly in conjunction with any Seaira Watchdog dehumidifier model. The V11-TH display unit can be wall-mounted or placed freestanding using its built-in kickstand. The included LTV-TH2 sensor is weather-resistant and wireless, measuring outdoor temperatures from -40 degrees F to 140 degrees F and humidity from 10% to 99% RH. Sensor dimensions are 1.97 inches wide by 5.73 inches tall by 0.75 inches deep. When WiFi is available, all sensor data is accessible through the LaCrosse mobile app, with alert and push notification support. The system can also operate as a standalone weather station without an app or internet connection. Updates to weather forecast icons are received from the National Weather Service when connected.
The X101 is compatible with any Seaira Watchdog dehumidifier and is designed to support humidity monitoring in spaces served by those units. Additional sensors can be added to extend coverage, though the display unit shows data from one sensor at a time.
Installation is typically performed by an HVAC technician or qualified service professional familiar with dehumidification systems. Power down the dehumidifier before connecting or repositioning sensors in the monitored space. The display unit requires a wired power connection with optional battery backup installed per local electrical codes. Place the LTV-TH2 sensor in the target area for humidity monitoring, keeping it clear of direct heat sources and standing water.
