The SCOTT 7012511866 is a full facepiece respirator designed for use in environments requiring a high level of respiratory protection. Built around a polyisoprene facepiece, it provides a reliable face seal across a wide range of facial profiles. The bayonet filter connection and Secure Click system allow for fast cartridge changes in the field. The 5-point suspension harness distributes weight evenly across the head, reducing fatigue during extended wear. Compatible with both supplied-air respirator (SAR) and powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) configurations, this unit fits into a wide range of industrial and hazmat respiratory protection programs. Part of the AV3000 series, it is sized Large.
This respirator is suited for industrial, chemical, and hazardous material applications where full facepiece protection is required. Typical install scenarios include confined space entry, chemical handling, painting operations, and emergency response. The SAR and PAPR compatibility makes it adaptable to multiple supplied-air and air-purifying setups. It is installed and fitted by safety professionals, industrial hygienists, and trained tradespeople following site-specific respiratory protection programs.
Designed for use with bayonet-style cartridges and filters compatible with the SCOTT AV3000 series full facepiece respirator platform. SAR and PAPR system compatibility allows integration with a broad range of supplied-air and powered air-purifying setups.
Fitting and donning must be performed by a trained individual following the employer respiratory protection program as required under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134. A user seal check must be performed each time the respirator is donned before entering a contaminated environment. Cartridges and filters should be replaced per the manufacturer schedule or site-specific change-out schedule, whichever is more conservative. Do not use this respirator in immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) atmospheres without the appropriate supplied-air configuration and a trained safety professional on site.
