Scotch 7000123637 Packing Tape 2in Yellow Rubber

Product Description

The SCOTCH 7000123637 is a yellow polypropylene packing and sealing tape from the Scotch 373 Series. It is designed for box closing and carton sealing applications where a reliable, rubber-based adhesive bond is required. At 2.5 mil thick with a tensile strength of 60 pounds per inch, this tape holds up under the stress of standard shipping and warehouse environments. The rubber adhesive provides strong initial tack and consistent adhesion to corrugated surfaces. It ships in a roll 2 inches wide and 50 meters long, weighing 0.37 pounds. Suitable for light industrial and distribution center use, it meets standard A-A-1684B.

This tape is intended for box closing, carton sealing, and splicing tasks in shipping departments, warehouses, and fulfillment operations. The yellow color aids in visual identification on the line, making it useful where color-coded tape systems are in place. Its polypropylene film backing resists tearing during application, and the rubber adhesive bonds quickly to clean, dry corrugated and chipboard surfaces without requiring heat or moisture activation. Trade professionals and shipping room staff alike can apply it with a standard hand-held tape dispenser.
