It features a 0.285-inch cutting diameter, a 0.3125-inch shank diameter, and a 0.775-inch length of cut, making it well suited for long-reach threading applications where standard tap access is limited. Built from submicron carbide and finished bright/uncoated, this tool delivers consistent thread geometry in a wide range of workpiece materials. It is intended for use by machinists and CNC operators in precision threading operations on machining centers and CNC mills.

This thread mill is applied in CNC machining environments where internal UNC threads must be produced with tight tolerances and controlled cutting forces.
