The Schneider Electric QO1816M150FTRB is a convertible main breaker load center rated for 150 amps at 120/240 VAC in a single-phase, 3-wire configuration. It supports up to 16 circuits across 8 spaces and uses QOM2 main frame size breakers mounted bolt-on style. The enclosure is NEMA 3R rainproof, making it suitable for outdoor installations. Bus construction uses tin plated copper with a split branch neutral design that keeps wiring organized. The interrupting rating is 22 kiloamperes. Licensed electricians install this unit in residential, commercial, and light industrial service entrance and distribution applications.
This load center is built for top-feed installations and includes feed-through lugs. The convertible main design allows the panel to be rotated 180 degrees to accommodate bottom-feed wiring where job conditions require it. The NEMA 3R enclosure supports outdoor surface or flush mounting. It is appropriate for new construction and service upgrades where a rainproof, single-phase distribution panel is needed. The split branch neutral reduces wiring clutter, and three grounding bar mounting locations provide wiring flexibility. Manual and automatic transfer switch capability is supported. Wire range for the main is 4 AWG to 250 KCMIL in aluminum or copper.
Designed for use with QOM2 main frame size breakers and QO branch circuit breakers. Suitable as a residential, commercial, or light industrial service entrance load center in single-phase 3-wire systems. Covers sold separately.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize the service entrance completely before beginning any work on the enclosure, bus, or breaker connections. Verify wire range compatibility before terminating main conductors; this panel accepts 4 AWG to 250 KCMIL aluminum or copper. Do not exceed the maximum circuit or space count listed for this enclosure.
