The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC NSYTRAL25 is a plug-in bridge designed for use with NSYT series terminal blocks in control panel and industrial wiring applications. It provides a convenient, tool-free method of linking adjacent terminal blocks to create a common potential across multiple poles without running additional jumper wires. Weighing just 0.01 pounds and measuring 1 inch in length and 1 inch in width, this compact bridge fits directly into compatible push-in, hybrid, and spring-clamp terminal block assemblies. Electricians and panel builders install this bridge during control panel assembly or retrofit work to simplify multi-pole connections.
This plug-in bridge is suited for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial control panels wherever NSYT series terminal blocks are deployed. It is compatible with a range of NSYT push-in, hybrid, and spring terminal block families. Typical applications include PLC panels, distribution boards, and machine control enclosures where clean, efficient bus connections across terminal rows are required. The plug-in design speeds up panel build time compared to traditional wire jumpers.
Designed for use with the following SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC NSYT series terminal blocks: NSYTRH12 and NSYTRH12PE Hybrid Terminal Blocks; NSYTRH13; NSYTRP22, NSYTRP22PE, NSYTRP22SC, and NSYTRP22TB Push-in Terminal Blocks; NSYTRP23, NSYTRP23PE, and NSYTRP23SC; NSYTRP24, NSYTRP24D, NSYTRP24DPE, NSYTRP24PE, and NSYTRP24SC; NSYTRR22 Spring Terminal Block; and NSYTRR.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements and local codes. De-energize and lockout the panel before installing or removing terminal block bridges. The plug-in bridge seats directly into the bridging slot on compatible terminal blocks and should be fully seated before re-energizing. Do not force the bridge into terminal blocks outside the listed compatible families, as this may damage the terminal block or bridge contacts.
