The Schier 4080-002-01 Great Basin™ Grease Interceptor, with a 6547 lb capacity and 100 gpm flow rate, is constructed from polyethylene. The GB-1000 offers certified grease capacity for high food waste producers. Its design features two rotationally molded halves bolted and welded together, providing structural integrity for above or below grade installations.
