The SCHIER 4045-007-02 Great Basin™ grease interceptor offers a certified grease capacity of 861 lb and a 75 gpm flow rate. It features a rugged polyethylene tank and fits through 36" doorways. Designed for installation flexibility, it can be used above or below grade, indoors or outdoors. No flow control is required and is certified to Type D of the ASME standard.
