At 7.25 inches overall length with a 4.5-inch brush section and a 1.25-inch diameter, this brush is sized for standard small-bore tube and pipe applications. The 0.25-inch NPSM male connection allows it to mount directly to a rod, handle, or drill chuck. This brush is installed and used by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and maintenance professionals. Before brushing any tube or fitting connected to a live system, shut off all fluid flow and depressurize the line. The 0.25-inch NPSM male thread should be hand-tightened onto the extension rod or handle before use to avoid cross-threading. Do not force the brush through bends tighter than the bristle section will naturally follow, as this can deform the stem or loosen the fill.
