The SANDVIK COROMANT 7861133 is a TCMT-style indexable turning insert in the CoroTurn 107 series, manufactured from solid carbide with a multi-layer CVD coating of Al2O3, TiN, and TiCN in grade 4425. The triangular insert geometry provides three cutting edges with a 60-degree included angle, a 3/8-inch inscribed circle, a 1/32-inch corner radius, and a 7-degree relief angle. The UR chip breaker geometry is optimized for steel and cast iron turning operations.
