The SANDVIK COROMANT 7860576 is a TNMG-style turning insert in the T-Max P series, designed for external turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It features a triangular insert shape with a 60-degree included angle, a 1/2-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/32-inch corner radius. The substrate is solid carbide with a CVD-applied multilayer coating of Al2O3, TiN, and TiCN under manufacturer grade 4415. These coatings provide thermal resistance and wear protection suited to continuous and interrupted steel cutting. Neutral hand orientation makes it compatible with both left- and right-hand toolholders.

Installation Notes
