Carrying manufacturer grade 4330 and a CVD-applied TiCN, Al2O3, and TiN multilayer coating, this insert is built for productive cutting in steel and cast iron applications. It features a parallelogram shape with a right-hand cutting orientation, two usable cutting edges, and a positive rake angle of 17 degrees. The corner radius measures 0.0315 inches (0.80 mm) and the insert thickness is 0.1875 inches. Insert holding is by screw clamp.
