It carries the full designation TCGW221S0630F 7025 and belongs to the CoroTurn 107 series. The insert features a triangular shape with a 60-degree included angle, a 1/4-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/64-inch (0.0157-inch) corner radius. The cutting edge receives an ER-treated negative land finish. Grade 7025 CBN is uncoated and suited for hard-turning applications where tight tolerances and surface finish are critical. Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before changing inserts.
