The SANDVIK COROMANT 6075363 is a solid carbide grooving insert designed for precision external grooving and parting operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built to CoroCut 1-2 series standards, this insert carries an ISO code of N123G2-0318-0008-GF 1105 and features a TiAlN2 PVD coating for improved wear resistance and thermal stability at elevated cutting speeds. The neutral-hand orientation and GF chip breaker geometry support controlled chip evacuation in a wide range of materials. It delivers a cutting width of 0.1252 inches (3.18 mm) and a maximum depth of cut of 0.7559 inches (19.20 mm), making it well suited for medium to deep groove applications.
This insert is used in CNC turning and grooving operations across manufacturing environments including automotive, aerospace, and general machining.
