Carrying the manufacturer grade 2040 with a CVD-applied multilayer TiCrN, Al2O3, and TiN coating, this insert is built to handle demanding cutting operations on steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. The parallelogram insert shape features a positive rake angle of 5 degrees, a corner-rounded cutting edge style, and an ML chip breaker geometry. With 2 cutting edges per insert and a maximum depth of cut of 16.00 mm, it delivers consistent performance in high-productivity milling applications. Installation is by screw-holding method. Installation Notes
