The SANDVIK COROMANT 5727612 is an A24T-DDUNR4 style indexable boring bar designed for internal turning, boring, and profiling operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built from steel with a 1-1/2 inch shank diameter and a 12 inch overall length, this right-hand holder accepts DNMG 442 inserts and secures them via a wedge clamping method. The negative rake geometry and -6 degree lead angle suit it for demanding interrupted and continuous cuts in steel and cast iron workpieces. Coolant-through capability is included for improved chip evacuation and insert life at depth.

This toolholder is suited to shops running medium to heavy turning and boring operations where minimum bore diameter access starts at 2 inches (50.80 mm). Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a qualified CNC machinist or toolroom technician.
