The RWC UIP4020A is a 1-inch CTS x PVC brass push-to-connect transition coupling from the SharkBite line, designed to connect iron pipe size PVC pipe to copper tube size copper, PEX, CPVC, or PE-RT pipe without soldering, glue, or specialty tools. The white collar accepts Schedule 40, 80, and 120 PVC as well as Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 CPVC on the PVC side, while the SharkBite connector end accepts PEX, CPVC, or PE-RT. The fitting is constructed for potable water distribution and is corrosion resistant for extended service life.
