The RWC UC256LFA10 is a 3/4-inch by 3/4-inch barb 90-degree elbow fitting designed for PEX tubing connections in residential and light commercial plumbing systems. Constructed from lead-free DZR brass, this quarter-bend fitting provides a durable, corrosion-resistant joint at a right angle. It is sold in a 10-pack, making it a practical choice for larger installs or service stock. The fitting is compatible with both stainless steel clamp ring systems and copper crimp ring systems, giving installers flexibility based on tools on hand. Each fitting meets ASTM F1807, NSF/ANSI 61, and NSF 372 standards for safe use in potable water systems.
This fitting is suited for potable water distribution and hydronic heating applications. Plumbers and mechanical contractors use this elbow when routing PEX tubing around corners or making direction changes in supply lines, radiant heating loops, and manifold branch connections. The barb design requires a separate clamp or crimp tool and rings to complete the joint. Stainless steel clamp rings and copper crimp rings are each sold separately. The 10-pack quantity is well-suited for production plumbing, tract housing, or service van stocking.
Compatible with potable water distribution and hydronic heating systems using PEX tubing. Designed for use with stainless steel clamp ring systems or copper crimp ring systems, each sold separately. Suitable for 3/4-inch PEX tubing as defined by ASTM F1807.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers following applicable IPC or local plumbing code requirements. Power down any associated circulator pumps and depressurize the line before cutting into an existing system. Use a properly calibrated crimp or clamp tool rated for the ring type being used — do not substitute ring types or skip the ring entirely. Inspect the barb seat and tubing end for cuts or debris before completing the connection.
