The RWC UC120LFA is a 1/2-inch CopperFit (CF) barb by 1/2-inch male NPT (MNPT) threaded adapter designed to transition PEX tubing to a male-threaded connection. The body is manufactured from lead-free DZR brass, meeting the requirements for drinking water contact. The barb end accepts a stainless steel clamp system or a copper crimp ring system, each sold separately. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters use this fitting in both new construction and retrofit installations where PEX meets a threaded port. It is a single-piece, low-profile component that keeps transition points compact and reliable.

This adapter is suited for residential and light commercial potable water distribution systems as well as hydronic heating applications. It is installed wherever a PEX run needs to terminate or branch into a male-threaded valve, manifold port, or fixture connection. Installation Notes
