Product Description

The RWC UC068LFA is a lead-free DZR brass PEX barb adapter designed to transition from 1/2 inch PEX tubing to a 3/4 inch female iron pipe thread (FNPT) connection. One end accepts a standard barb connection using either a stainless steel clamp system or a copper crimp ring system, while the other end is female NPT threaded for direct connection to threaded pipe or fittings. The lead-free DZR brass construction meets drinking water standards and holds up well in both hot and cold water service. Plumbers and pipefitters install this fitting in new construction and retrofit work where PEX tubing meets threaded iron pipe fittings.

The UC068LFA is suited for residential and light commercial potable water distribution systems and hydronic heating applications. It is commonly used at points where PEX supply lines transition to threaded valves, manifolds, or fixtures. Installation Notes
