The RWC U088LFA is a 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch straight push-to-connect female adapter with a female iron pipe (FNPT) threaded end. Manufactured from one-piece DZR brass, this fitting requires no solder, glue, unions, or specialty tools to install. It connects directly to copper, PEX, or CPVC pipe and is rated for service up to 200 degrees F and 200 psi. Lead content on wetted surfaces does not exceed 0.25 percent weighted average, meeting current low-lead requirements. Plumbers and pipefitters use this fitting to transition from push-to-connect pipe runs to female threaded ports on valves, manifolds, water heaters, and similar equipment.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing applications where a fast, reliable connection between a push-fit pipe run and a 3/4 inch female NPT thread is required. Typical installation scenarios include domestic water supply lines, in-wall rough-in plumbing, and below-grade buried installations. Because the fitting is approved for burial and concealment behind drywall, it works in finish plumbing situations where access after installation is limited. Each fitting ships individually bagged and can be removed and reused with the appropriate disconnect clip.
Compatible with 3/4 inch copper, PEX, and CPVC pipe; connects to 3/4 inch female NPT threaded fittings and ports. Certified and approved under UPC, IAPMO, and NSF-61 standards.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified pipefitters. Shut off the water supply and relieve system pressure before making or breaking any connection. Ensure pipe ends are cut square, deburred, and clean before inserting into the push-fit end. To remove the fitting, use a manufacturer-approved disconnect clip — do not attempt removal without the proper tool, as this can damage the fitting and the pipe.
