The RWC RM22712 is a 12-port barb PEX manifold designed for residential and light commercial plumbing distribution systems. It features two inlet ports with 3/4-inch female thread swivel connectors to accept both hot and cold water supply lines. Twelve 1/2-inch barb fitting outlet ports are divided equally between hot and cold sides, each equipped with individual brass ball shutoff valves for zone isolation. The manifold is rated for a maximum working pressure of 100 psi and a maximum working temperature of 180 degrees F. Licensed plumbers and skilled pipefitters install this component as the central distribution point in PEX-based hydronic or domestic water systems.
This manifold is suited for new construction and retrofit applications where a central distribution point is needed for multiple PEX supply runs. The dual-sided hot and cold configuration with six outlet ports per side allows a single manifold to serve up to 12 individual zones or fixtures from one installation location. Its swivel inlet connectors simplify alignment during rough-in, reducing labor time on tight installations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation manifold for residential and light commercial PEX plumbing distribution systems using 1/2-inch barb PEX tubing and 3/4-inch threaded supply connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the main water supply and relieve system pressure before making any connections. Ensure all barb fittings are fully seated and secured with appropriate PEX clamp or crimp rings before restoring pressure. Do not exceed the rated 100 psi working pressure or 180 degrees F temperature limits.
