The RW BECKETT br100 is an AFG-chassis residential oil burner designed for forced-draft combustion in oil-fired heating appliances. It ships as a complete burner assembly including a GeniSys burner control, PSC motor, Beckett ignitor, and single-stage Beckett CleanCut fuel pump. Firing capacity ranges from 0.40 to 3.00 GPH, covering a heat input range of 56,000 to 420,000 BTU/h. The br100 is B100 compliant, meaning it is rated for operation on pure biodiesel blends as well as standard No. 1 and No. 2 heating oil meeting ASTM D396. Air tube assemblies, mounting flanges, end cones, and oil nozzles are sold separately and must be selected to match the specific firing rate and appliance requirements.
This burner is intended for residential and light-commercial oil-fired heating systems including boilers, furnaces, and water heaters where a forced-draft gun-style burner is specified. The wide GPH range allows a single platform to serve a broad variety of appliance sizes. Because air tubes and end cones are application-specific, installers should consult the manufacturer air tube selection chart before ordering those components. Installation and commissioning must be performed by a licensed contractor using properly calibrated combustion test equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and new-installation oil burner for residential and light-commercial oil-fired boilers, furnaces, and water heaters requiring a forced-draft gun-style burner. Air tube and end cone selection must be matched to the specific appliance firing requirement using the manufacturer air tube selection chart.
Installation must be performed by a qualified, licensed oil-heating contractor using properly calibrated combustion test equipment — improper installation presents a risk of serious injury, property damage, or death. Shut off all electrical power and close the fuel supply valve before servicing or replacing any burner components. Air tube assemblies and nozzles are not included and must be ordered separately prior to installation. Local codes, NFPA 31, and appliance manufacturer instructions govern the installation and should be followed in full.
