The RUUD 70-101323-37 is a 2-blade condenser fan blade designed for residential air conditioning systems. It measures 20 inches in diameter with a 26-degree pitch and is configured for counterclockwise (CCW) rotation with an inlet-side hub orientation. These specs determine airflow direction and volume across the condenser coil, making correct replacement critical to unit performance. Licensed HVAC technicians install this blade as a direct OEM-style replacement when a condenser fan blade is cracked, out of balance, or damaged from debris impact.
This fan blade is used in outdoor condensing units where the condenser fan motor drives airflow over the coil. The inlet-side hub placement positions the blade correctly relative to the motor shaft and fan deck. It is compatible with RUUD EA14, RA13, and RA14 series air conditioning equipment. Proper blade pitch and rotation direction must match the original specification to maintain rated system airflow and prevent motor overload or coil icing conditions.
Compatible with RUUD EA14, RA13, and RA14 series air conditioning equipment as stated by the manufacturer.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the condensing unit before removing the fan guard or accessing the blade assembly. Confirm CCW rotation direction and inlet-side hub orientation match the original blade before installation, as incorrect configuration will reduce airflow and may damage the motor. Torque the hub set screw or mounting hardware per the equipment service manual specifications.
