The RUUD 70-101323-27 is a 2-blade outdoor condensing unit fan blade designed for residential air conditioning systems. With a 26-inch diameter and 28-degree pitch, this blade moves the airflow required to keep condenser coils operating efficiently. The hub is located on the inlet side, and the blade rotates counterclockwise (CCW) when viewed from above. Replacement is typically performed when a blade is cracked, out of balance, or damaged by debris impact. This OEM-style part is handled by HVAC technicians during routine condenser service or after-storm equipment inspections.
This fan blade is used on RUUD outdoor condensing units across several residential product lines. Compatible models include the EA14, RA13, and RA14 series. It is mounted on the condenser fan motor shaft at the top of the unit cabinet and draws air upward through the coil. This application is common in split-system residential cooling installations where the condensing unit is sited outdoors at grade or on a rooftop equipment pad.
Compatible with RUUD condensing unit model lines EA14, RA13, and RA14. Verify motor shaft diameter and blade pitch before installation to confirm fitment on the specific unit being serviced.
Fan blade replacement on a condensing unit must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Disconnect and lock out electrical power to the unit at the disconnect box before removing the fan guard or handling the blade. The blade hub set screw should be tightened securely to prevent slippage during operation, and blade pitch and balance should be confirmed before restarting the unit. Never operate the unit with a cracked or visibly damaged blade.
