The RUUD 62-25341-81 is an integrated furnace control board designed for use in RGDG series gas furnaces. This board manages ignition sequencing, inducer and blower motor operation, limit and pressure switch monitoring, and fault diagnostics within the furnace control circuit. At 8.1 inches in length and 6.1 inches in width, it is a direct-fit replacement for the original control module. Weighing 0.8 pounds, it is a manageable component for bench testing or in-unit installation. Licensed HVAC technicians performing scheduled maintenance or responding to no-heat calls will typically handle this replacement.
This control board is used in RGDG series residential gas furnaces. It is suited for applications where the original integrated control board has failed, is displaying fault codes, or has sustained damage from electrical surges or moisture. The board integrates multiple control functions into a single PCB, reducing the number of discrete components a technician needs to diagnose or replace during a service call.
Designed as an OEM replacement integrated furnace control board for RUUD RGDG series gas furnaces.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the furnace manufacturer service documentation. Disconnect power to the furnace at the disconnect switch and confirm the circuit is de-energized before removing the existing control board. Document or photograph all wiring connections prior to removal to ensure correct reassembly. After installation, cycle the furnace through a complete startup sequence and verify proper operation and absence of fault codes.
