The RUTHERFORD CONTROLS 8371-40 is a surface minimag designed for single outswinging interior doors. This model features a low-profile design and allows for easy installation. It supports field-selectable voltage options of twelve or twenty-four volts direct current. The minimag offers substantial holding power, providing up to seven hundred fifty pounds of force. It is also UL listed for use as an auxiliary lock on fire doors with a one-hour rating.
