This coating is formulated for severe industrial settings including food-processing facilities, manufacturing floors, warehouses, and other interior or exterior concrete or metal surfaces. It meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact and is accepted for use in federally registered Canadian food facilities. The formula is VOC-compliant nationwide. This product must be installed by qualified industrial coatings applicators familiar with two-component epoxy systems. Mix base and activator thoroughly using a mechanical mixer before application. Apply with a phenolic core roller to achieve proper film build and texture. Surface preparation is critical — concrete and metal substrates must be clean, dry, and properly profiled before coating. Follow all local safety codes and manufacturer mix ratio instructions; do not thin the material or alter the component ratio.
