The RUST-OLEUM 7762502 is a Sunrise Red gloss enamel in the Stops Rust line, formulated for durable protection of metal, wood, and masonry surfaces in both interior and exterior applications. This oil-based finish resists weathering, salt air, moisture, mild chemicals, and industrial fumes. Coverage reaches up to 400 square feet per gallon. The finish dries to touch in 2 to 6 hours and is ready for recoat after 24 hours. Contractors, maintenance painters, and fleet service techs apply this coating by brush, roller, or spray gun. Thin sparingly with paint thinner or mineral spirits when spraying. Clean up with paint thinner or mineral spirits.

This enamel is suited for residential, commercial, and fleet maintenance applications where metal surfaces require corrosion-resistant color coating. It performs on structural steel, equipment housings, shop metalwork, fencing, and similar substrates. For bare or rusty metal, prime first with Rusty Metal Primer. For clean bare metal, use White Clean Metal Primer before topcoating. The 1-quart unit size is appropriate for smaller repair and touch-up jobs or targeted maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.
