The RUST-OLEUM 316538 is a 5-gallon pail of 3800 System DTM Acrylic Enamel in Safety Blue with a gloss finish. This water-based, direct-to-metal coating is formulated for indoor and outdoor application without a primer coat. It delivers excellent corrosion resistance in mild to moderate exposure environments and dries to the touch in approximately 15 minutes. The fast dry time and smooth lay-out make it practical for brush or roller application on metal surfaces in commercial, industrial, and maintenance settings. It meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact and is accepted for use in federally registered Canadian food facilities.
