The RUST-OLEUM 283907 is a high-performance traffic zone striping paint formulated for exterior pavement marking on concrete, gravel, and asphalt surfaces. Part of the 2300 System product line, it delivers a durable, weather-resistant film that holds up under heavy traffic and outdoor exposure. The paint dries in 30 minutes and covers up to 450 linear feet per gallon at a 4-inch stripe width. It is suited for professional striping crews and facility maintenance teams working on large-scale marking projects where fast turnaround and coating longevity are required.
This striping paint is designed for commercial and institutional applications including parking lots, stadiums, athletic facilities, curbs, and similar paved or gravel surfaces. The Bike Lane Green color meets typical requirements for dedicated bicycle lane designation markings. It is compatible with bulk-spray striping machines as well as brush or roller application, giving contractors flexibility across different job-site setups. The formula is VOC compliant in all U.S. jurisdictions, making it suitable for use in areas with strict air-quality regulations.
Designed for use on concrete, gravel, and asphalt pavement surfaces. Suitable for parking lots, stadiums, curbs, athletic facilities, and other large commercial striping projects. Apply with a bulk-spray striping machine, brush, or roller.
Surface preparation is critical — clean the substrate thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before application. Power down any adjacent equipment and establish work-zone safety barriers before beginning striping operations on active lots or roadways. For bulk-spray machine use, follow the equipment manufacturer's settings for nozzle size and pressure. A second coat may be applied after the first coat has fully dried to improve opacity and durability.
