Rust-Oleum 249088 Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover spray primer forms a tight bond to surfaces and provides a flat primer surface ready for a topcoat. The solvent-based alkyd formula dries to the touch in about 20 minutes, allows recoat within 1 hour or after 48 hours, and covers approximately 10 to 12 square feet per 12 oz can. It is suitable for interior and exterior use on multiple substrates.
