The RUST-OLEUM 208110 is a water-based epoxy acrylic primer formulated to improve adhesion and performance when used beneath Sierra Performance epoxy topcoats. It carries low VOC content, low HAPs, and low solvent odor, making it appropriate for enclosed or occupied spaces where fume control is a priority. The 208110 is a two-component system requiring a separately ordered activator. It dries to touch in approximately 30 minutes and applies by brush or roller. Trade painters, maintenance contractors, and facility maintenance teams use this primer as the first step in a high-performance epoxy coating system.

This primer is designed for commercial and industrial maintenance environments where chemical resistance and corrosion protection are required. It is well suited for use in food-processing facilities, as it meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact.
