The RUST-OLEUM 204006 is a high-performance, two-component direct-to-metal (DTM) epoxy mastic coating in Safety Red gloss finish, sold in a 1-gallon container. This coating is self-priming and bonds to a wide variety of substrates without a separate primer coat. It delivers superior long-term resistance to solvents, chemicals, abrasion, and impact, making it a reliable choice for industrial and commercial surface protection. Licensed contractors and maintenance professionals apply this product wherever metal or concrete surfaces require heavy-duty corrosion protection. The 1:1 mixing ratio eliminates the need for measuring equipment on the job.

The product is available with multiple activator options sold separately: Standard Activator for air and surface temps of 50 to 100 degrees F, Immersion Activator for fresh or salt water immersion of steel or concrete where water temps do not exceed 125 degrees F, Low-Temperature Activator for air and surface temps of 40 to 60 degrees F, and Fast-Cure Activator for recoat in 4 hours at 70 degrees F and 50 percent relative humidity.
