It seats and locks on the shaft without the need for a groove, using a 10-prong self-locking design that grips the shaft surface directly. The ring is manufactured from SAE 1060-1090 steel with a phosphate finish for corrosion resistance. At 0.015 inches thick with a free outside diameter of 0.828 inches, it delivers a rated thrust load capacity of 122 pounds.
