The ROTOR CLIP TI-43ST PA is an internal self-locking retaining ring designed to secure components within a bored housing without requiring a groove machined into the bore wall. Manufactured from 1060/1090 grade steel with a phosphate finish, this ring seats directly against the bore surface and relies on its own spring tension to maintain axial position. It is rated for a thrust load capacity of 71 pounds and carries a ring thickness of 0.01 inches. Machinists, maintenance technicians, and assembly professionals install this type of ring in light-duty retention applications where a traditional grooved retaining ring is not practical or feasible.
This retaining ring is suited for use in precision assemblies across industrial, mechanical, and light manufacturing applications. It fits a 7/16 inch bore diameter and is appropriate where space constraints or bore conditions require a self-locking design rather than a snap-ring groove configuration. The phosphate finish provides baseline corrosion resistance for indoor and controlled-environment use. This ring is supplied as a single unit but carries a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces.
