The ROTOR CLIP DSH-12ST PDB100 is a DIN 471 external retaining ring designed to secure components on a 12 mm shaft. Manufactured from 1060-1090 spring steel with a phosphate and oil finish, it provides corrosion resistance and consistent holding force in assembled mechanical systems. The ring seats in a groove with a 11.5 mm groove diameter and a 1.00 mm ring thickness. It is installed by machinists, maintenance technicians, and mechanical assemblers working on shafts, motors, pumps, and rotating equipment across HVAC, plumbing, and industrial applications.
