The ROTOR CLIP DHO-24ST PDB100 is a metric internal snap retaining ring designed to seat in a machined internal groove and retain shaft-mounted components within a bore. Manufactured from 1060/1090 spring steel with a phosphate finish, this ring delivers reliable retention in demanding mechanical assemblies. It fits a 24mm bore diameter with a 25.2mm nominal size and measures 1.2mm in ring thickness. Groove width is 1.3mm with a groove depth of 0.6mm. The phosphate finish provides a base level of corrosion resistance and lubricity. Licensed machinists, mechanical assemblers, and MRO technicians commonly install this ring in production and field-service applications.

This retaining ring is suited for use in gearboxes, motors, pumps, cylinders, and other rotating or reciprocating assemblies where internal bore retention is required.
