The ROTOR CLIP DHO-20SG is a metric internal snap retaining ring designed for a 20mm bore diameter with a 21mm nominal size. Made from steel with a phosphate finish, this ring seats into a machined groove to retain components axially within a bore. It carries a thrust load capacity of 1,213.92 pounds at the groove safety factor and 1,618.56 pounds at the ring safety factor. With a 1mm ring thickness and a free outside diameter of 21.5mm, the DHO-20SG provides reliable retention in precision assemblies. Machinists, maintenance technicians, and mechanical assemblers work with this ring in production and repair applications.
This retaining ring is suited for use in mechanical assemblies requiring internal bore retention, including gearboxes, motors, pumps, and hydraulic components. It is applied wherever a machined internal groove is present to accept a metric snap ring. The 1.1mm groove width and 0.5mm groove depth specifications make it compatible with standard metric groove profiles. Sold in a package quantity of 2 with a minimum order quantity of 1.

Do not re-use a ring that has been removed, as repeated expansion may compromise retention force.
