The ROBERT BOSCH TOOL GROUP HS1935 is a 1 inch by 16 inch R-Tec SDS Max flat chisel designed for heavy demolition work. Manufactured from hammer steel, it features a self-sharpening geometry that reduces binding and a no-jam design that keeps the chisel moving freely through material. The HS1935 delivers a 15 percent higher material removal rate compared to standard chisels of the same class, making it a productive choice for concrete, masonry, and tile removal tasks. It is installed and operated by licensed electricians, construction trades, and demolition contractors using compatible SDS Max rotary hammers.
The HS1935 is intended for use with demolition and rotary hammers that accept SDS Max shank tooling. Its 16 inch working length gives the operator clearance and leverage in tight demo scenarios such as floor tile removal, wall chasing, and concrete breaking. The R-Tec designation identifies Bosch cold-forming and heat-treatment processes that contribute to edge retention under repeated impact loads. This chisel is suited to both residential and commercial demolition applications where sustained impact output is required.
Designed for use with demolition and rotary hammers that accept SDS Max shank drill bits and chisel tooling.
SDS Max chisels are installed and operated by qualified tradespeople and demolition contractors. Before inserting or removing the chisel, power down the hammer tool and allow it to come to a complete stop. Insert the shank fully into the SDS Max chuck until it clicks into the locked position before operation. Always wear appropriate PPE including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves when operating impact tooling.
