The ROBBJACK XF-602-20-120 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill built for high-performance finishing in demanding materials. With a 5/8 inch mill diameter, 0.12 inch corner radius, and 6 helical flutes in a right-hand cutting direction, it delivers smooth surface finishes and controlled chip evacuation. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and superalloys including titanium. Micrograin carbide construction maintains edge integrity under high cutting loads. The Weldon flat shank ensures secure clamping in standard toolholders and reduces pull-out risk during aggressive passes.

This end mill is suited for finishing operations in CNC machining environments where tight tolerances and surface quality are required. It is designed for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and superalloys and titanium-group materials. The single-end, centercutting geometry allows both peripheral and plunge cutting. Installation Notes
